When will you clean our facility?
We will clean your facility after your normal business hours, unless we manage your facility's housekeeping department. If we manage your facility's housekeeping department, we will clean on an appropriate schedule, designed to best meet the needs of the facility.
Are you insured?
Marblehead Services carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
Will you use subcontractors to clean our facility?
We believe that all facility managers should know who is cleaning their buildings; therefore, all our clients' facilities are cleaned by Marblehead Services employees. We never use subcontractors for our cleaning services. We may, however, bring in a subcontractor with prior approval for certain tasks, such as powerwashing.
Do you use green seal approved (environmentally friendly) chemicals?
We offer our clients the option of using green seal approved chemicals. We are well informed about the latest products available, and we will be pleased to discuss their benefits with you.
Do you include paper towels and plastic bags in your pricing?
We can include paper towels, toilet tissue, plastic bags, soap, etc. in our proposal. We are able to offer bulk pricing because of the quantity we purchase for our customers. Regardless of where you purchase your products, our housekeeping/janitorial staff will replenish these products as part of their cleaning schedules.
